Returns Policy

Unsuitable:

If goods are deemed unsuitable, you may return within 14 days, a refund will be issued on the total price paid for the item. Postage and freight charges are non-refundable.

Goods to be returned at the Customer’s own expense to the address displayed below. Please note: goods which are returned requiring a refund must be in an unused condition, have all the original packaging and all labeling intact. Please be aware that any non stocked items that may have been ordered in specifically and are returned, may incur a restocking fee if we are unable to return the goods to our supplier of $20.00

Faulty goods:

In the unlikely event that an item purchased from us is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, you can elect to receive either a refund or a replacement.

• If you choose a replacement, it will be dispatched to you free of charge.
• If you opt for a refund, Terrain will refund both postage and freight upon receiving the returned item/s.
• In the case of a supplier warranty claim for boots, a 6 month manufacturers return policy is standard across most brands and is assessed on a case by case scenario with the manufacturer. Terrain reserves the right to supply a store credit where deemed appropriate. In most cases a refund will be processed once agreed upon with the manufacturer.

Damaged:

On receipt of your order please carefully check your package to ensure delivered intact and in good condition, the return of visibly damaged goods remain the responsibility of the courier. Customers have 48 hours within which to notify of any damage, this may be done either by phone (07) 378 4754 or e-mail [email protected].

All of our deliveries are very carefully packed to keep transit damage to a minimum, however if damage is deemed to have occurred as a result of insufficient packaging, a refund or re-supply will be offered. In the event the item is out of stock we will give you a choice of a refund or re-supply at a later date.
